You always do unto you what you do unto the other. Hate, anger, compassion, joy, is always strongest where it emanates, at your source, before it reaches the other. You might not be sensitive to it, but it manifests in your being.




We are constantly on a diet of Information. The diet can be nutritious or toxic, it has to be consumed carefully, adequately and in digestible quantities. One has to make sure that the mind has enough breaks to digest the information. Reading a great book can be as useless as eating great food on an overloaded stomach, it might even harm you.

Just like digesting, regular healthy workouts and breaks of nothingness in between are essential for our minds. 80% non consumption, 20% consumption just like your normal day of eating, eat information wisely.

A flower knows not its name neither does it care what its called, still it blooms, still it brings joy. Unto itself, unto others.

We don’t belong to the identities we are given, we don’t owe them anything. We owe ourselves the little joys of existing in our brief time and we exist to share them in the circle of oneness.
